MEDWAY – Town officials are urging residents to enroll in Medway’s new Hyper-Reach emergency notification system, which sends out critical alerts, updates, and emergency information.
Despite having approximately 14,000 residents, the town says fewer than 1,000 people have signed up so far. Officials warn that if you previously received alerts through another system, you must re-register for Hyper-Reach or you may no longer receive important notifications.
Residents can choose how they’d like to receive alerts — phone call, text message, email, or a combination.
