MILFORD – New details have emerged about the arrest of a Milford man accused in a fatal crash that occurred last year in Arlington.
Last week, Robert Laspesa was taken into custody on a warrant charging him with motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence.
According to the Daily News, the charges stem from a September 2024 crash in which Laspesa was driving a medical transport van that allegedly struck a utility pole, killing a Northborough woman who was a passenger in the vehicle.
Laspesa has not yet been arraigned.
