MILFORD – Services will be held tomorrow for longtime Milford firefighter Rob Lorenzo, who passed away on October 12 following a battle with cancer.
A Milford High School graduate, Lorenzo dedicated 32 years of his life to public service with the Milford Fire Department. He also worked for Milford Public Schools delivering food to local schools and served as superintendent at Hopedale Village Cemetery.
His family fondly shared that he was so well-known in the community that his children often referred to him as “the mayor of Milford.”
Visiting hours will begin at 11 a.m. followed by a service at 1 p.m. Friday at Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home in Milford.
