FRANKLIN – An 89-year-old man has died after being struck by a vehicle Monday morning.
According to WLNE and the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office, the victim has been identified as Ugo Ciannavei of Franklin.
Police and firefighters responded to Pleasant Street around 8 a.m., where Ciannavei was found with serious injuries. Despite life-saving efforts, he later died at the hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
