NORTHBRIDGE – A County grand jury has indicted a Northbridge man on manslaughter charges in connection with the fatal shooting of his brother earlier this year.
Prosecutors say 33-year-old Christopher Lacour accidentally shot 36-year-old Jonathan Lacour in May at a home on Legion Way.
When police arrived, they found Christopher attempting to stop the bleeding and pleading for his brother’s survival. Jonathan was taken to UMass Memorial Medical Center, where he later died.
Christopher Lacour now faces manslaughter and assault charges.
