The Southborough Board of Health has voted to restrict sales of certain nicotine products to keep them out of the hands of kids. In a unanimous vote the Select Board said only adult-only tobacco retailers will be allowed to sell oral nicotine products that are flavored and packaged like pouches and candies. However, as the Community Advocate reports there is currently no such store as an adult-only tobacco store in Southborough so the products are essentially eliminated, at least for now.
