A Holliston man whose van was hit by a falling tree earlier this month has died of his injuries from the incident. Holliston Police had reported the incident that happened August 1 on Prentice Street where Peter Culcasi was found unconscious in the van. He was flown to UMass-Memorial Medical Center where he passed away last week. There was no one else in the van at the time but WCVB reports Culcasi worked for a transportation company and was heading to pick up special needs adults from a day program.
