Healey Signs $1B Chapter 90 Bill, Announces Local Road Funding Totals

Nearly every town in Massachusetts is getting a financial boost for roads and infrastructure. On Friday Governor Maura Healey signed the new Chapter 90 bill worth more than $1 billion for roads, bridges, sidewalks and culverts. Some of the funding was announced in late spring but as part of her Friday press release the governor’s office gave the final FY 2026 totals saying Milford will get $1.48 million, Franklin $1.78 million, Medway $798,000, Hopedale $337,000 and Hopkinton $1.35 million.
