A Milford man wanted on child rape charges out of Lynn was caught after an early morning foot chase Friday. Police say 29-year-old Manuel Umana Solorzano ran from officers downtown before being arrested just before 6 a.m. He’s accused of multiple child sex crimes and is also reportedly an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador. U.S. Marshals, State Police, and Milford Police were all involved.
