A Milford man has been arrested for suspicion of OUI following a Sunday morning crash on Purchase Street near Fells Avenue. First responders arrived around 2:45am where a large group gathered around a white van that had slammed into a utility pole. After doing a series of field sobriety tests, Milford Police officers placed the driver Luis Pillacela Morocho under arrest on suspicion of operating under the influence of alcohol with a breath test hitting over 0.08%. No one was reported to be seriously hurt.
