Renovations to Milford Town Park have been unveiled in a ceremony attended by hundreds of folks on Saturday. The Milford Cultural Council and Milford Parks Department hosted the event to showcase the park’s renovations with several new types of sports courts for tennis, pickleball, futsal, street hockey and a state of the art fitness court, one of just a handful backed by Blue Cross, according to Park Commissioner Scott Crisafulli, who says Milford is one of just 15 Massachusetts communities selected to be part of their health and wellness initiative to promote a more active and health lifestyle for everyone in town.
