Milford’s Waters Corporation has reportedly acquired a California imaging tech company. Waters says the specialty offered by Halo Labs dovetails well with their products in biomedical therapies, life sciences and drug development. The Worcester Business Journal the purchase price was not announced and the sale will take about a year.
