Police in Southborough say a woman was going more than 100 mph on Turnpike Road when she was arrested for negligent operation earlier this month. Elizabeth Rivera has been arraigned for the April 6 incident in which an officer allegedly clocked her doing 101 in a 50-mph zone. Police allege Rivera, who reportedly had two passengers with her at the time, was racing another car. Southborough Police have not said whether that other driver has been caught. Rivera has a pretrial hearing in June.
