Traffic Snarled on Route 9 in Westboro as Crews Repair Watermain Break Near Speedway Plaza

The afternoon drive home on Thursday in Westboro was slow while a watermain break on Rt 9 at the Speedway Plaza was being repaired. Traffic was down to one lane causing a bottle neck.
