By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A new apartment complex is apparently planned for a piece of land on Deer Street in Milford. A California-based developer has reportedly bought the land at 400 Deer St near I-495 for around $9 million and plans to put up two buildings with 260 units called Milford Vista next to a development they already have called The Quill. The Worcester Business Journal reports the developer is working with a Japanese company that specialize in all wood-based construction which they say uses fewer CO2 emissions in construction.
