By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Franklin Food Pantry is inviting middle and high school students to volunteer for their Pantry Elves campaign. Since 2005, hundreds of students have participated in the holiday-inspired campaign which has become one of The Franklin Food Pantry’s largest fundraising events of the year to fight food insecurity during the holiday season as well as throughout the year. This year, the Pantry Elves will fundraise electronically and not go door to door. Volunteers will receive 12 hours of community service. Pantry Elves registration is open through December 2.
