By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A Medway man is facing multiple charges on allegations of sexually assaulting a child under 16. Medway Police say Luis Lema-Pomavilla was arrested last week following an investigation into what police are calling a series of isolated incidents. In addition to the sexual assault charges, he is also accused of drugging the child, intimidating a witness and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Lema-Pomavilla was arraigned last week and is being held without bail until his next court date this Wednesday.
