By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – With construction now underway at the Medway Grid Battery Energy Storage System on Milford Street, the town wants you to know there is now a website where you can check for updates on the project. The website is actually required by the Host Community Agreement for the BESS and also gives you the contact information for the company building it, VC Renewables. You can get to it from the town website. The BESS is a group of rechargeable batteries to store excess electrical energy at times of low demand.
