Patch reports a construction company has received a town permit to renovate and “pour a new slab for a Trader Joe’s fit-out” at the site of the former Staples on Fortune Boulevard. However, a spokesperson for Trader Joe’s would not confirm that location saying only they are “actively looking” at hundreds of neighborhoods and do not have a location confirmed in Milford. There are currently nearby Trader Joe’s stores in Foxborough and Framingham.
