By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Milford is having a town-ordered auction of two properties this month. If you are looking to buy some property, officials say one is a single-family home on over an acre on Beaver Street and the other one is a parcel on Emmons Street which is zoned residential and they say is suitable to build a single-family home. The sale will go to the highest bidder. The auction is set for Thursday, May 30 at Town Hall. It is being managed for the town by Zekos Group.
