By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – An assisted living facility in Milford is reportedly being sued by a woman who claims her mother was assaulted there in 2021.The Daily News reports the woman alleges negligence against Cornerstone at Milford saying her mother was sexually assaulted several times by another resident and claiming staff didn’t do enough to intervene. Cornerstone reportedly says it was a consensual relationship which the daughter disputes. She wants $1 million in damages for emotional distress and medical expenses.
