By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Holliston has gotten a $15,000 state grant toward figuring out what buildings should be listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The grant from the Massachusetts Historical Commission is a match for $15,000 from Town Meeting last fall to do an Historic Resource Inventory in the Village Commercial district, Central Street and nearby area. According to the Holliston Reporter the Holliston Historical Commission will work with a consultant and property owners to make decisions on applying for the registry.
