Milford Regional Medical Center Earns Top Patient Experience Award

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Milford Regional Medical Center has gotten top marks for patient experience from ratings database Healthgrades. Healthgrades says their Outstanding Patient Experience Awards represent the top 15 percent of eligible U.S. hospitals that provided the best patient experiences in 2022. They say the experiences that made a difference included communication with doctors and nurses and clear follow-up care after getting out. Other local hospitals on the list were Brigham and Women’s and Mass General.
