Milford Planning Board Reviews Proposal for Large Warehouse Near Stone Quarries

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A possible wholesaling warehouse that would accommodate dozens of tractor trailers near Milford’s stone quarries is on the agenda for the Milford Planning Board today. The parcel is owned by car dealer Kevin Meehan. Patch reports the Planning Board has been reviewing a traffic study done last fall and may order another one. There is no specific company or user yet for the proposed 192,000 square foot warehouse, but it would have 41 loading docks and two driveways off East Main Street near Whispering Pine Drive.
