By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The building that houses the Milford Performing Arts Center has been sold. The Worcester Business Journal reports the property on Main St. which also included Sal’s Upholstery was sold in a deal finalized last week to a company with managers in Milford and Grafton. There is no word yet from either MPAC or Sal’s as to whether the sale will impact their tenancy. This is the second time it has changed hands in a year – the WBJ reports the owner who just sold it bought it last year and just made a $220,000 profit.
