By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A Bellingham man has pleaded guilty to OUI Vehicular Homicide in the 2020 death of an elderly woman who was walking across her street. 77-year-old Richard LaTraverse entered the plea yesterday in Worcester Superior Court and also pleaded guilty to leaving the scene. The Daily News reports he was sentenced to one year in prison for the death of 87-year-old Mary Gregoire. Prosecutors had wanted a 3-4 year sentence. Among the charges dropped in exchange for the plea: second-offense OUI.
