Worcester Man Charged with OUI After Southborough Crash

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – OUI charges have been filed against a Worcester man following a crash in Southborough Thursday. Southborough Police and Fire responded to the two-car wreck on Route 9 near Crystal Pond Rd that sent both vehicles down the embankment into the swamp. Firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to get people out but only one person was hurt. Police say Dana Torres is charged with OUI and Negligent Operation and two of his passengers were placed into protective custody due to alcohol intoxication.
