By MyFM’s Marissa Santos – A decade ago, Cornerstone at Milford Assisted Living launched “Stockings for Seniors,” a community-based program creating holiday gifts for local seniors. This year, the collaboration of businesses and care professionals resulted in over 250 stockings filled with essentials donated to seniors in Milford, Bellingham, Franklin, and Medway through the Milford Senior Center.
Acknowledgment goes to contributors such as The Aging Space, The Enclave of Franklin, and others. The expansion of this tradition beyond Milford highlights the community’s unity. Stockings for Seniors brings together families, friends, and neighbors, spreading joy to those in need.
