By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Several local towns are getting money from the state toward transportation infrastructure. On Friday the Governor’s office announced more than $100 million to 351 towns from the Fair Share Amendment which takes extra taxes off higher income earners to go towards public use. The funding is intended for projects like bridge preservation, improving Regional Transit and expanding bike pathways. Milford is getting $385,000, Hopedale $90,000, Franklin $460,000, Medway $214,000 and Hopkinton $366,000.
